For many years, I had a dream of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. Last year, to celebrate my seventieth birthday, the opportunity finally came. Lou, my trainer for the past two years, agreed to help me prepare for this arduous journey of a lifetime. Lou is a skilled, motivating trainer. Our twice weekly sessions more than prepared me for the strength and endurance required for 11 days on the mountain. I reached the summit (19,000 feet) with energy to spare. Many thanks to Lou for his encouragement and expertise. If anyone is looking for a great trainer who tailors workouts that help achieve dreams, I highly recommend Lou!

After years of sedentary life, I resolved to fight back and get in shape. Personal Trainer Vernier is my secret weapon. He is enormously talented as a trainer. He practices what he preaches, keeping himself in great shape so he can serve his clients well. I never knew how far I could push myself in my own exercise program. I’m sure I never would have pushed myself to my capability. Vernier’s knowledge of exercise physiology and training techniques helped me attain levels of performance I never would have believed attainable. He is a treasure. I love my workouts with him. Garrett has been my trainer for a few months. Upon meeting him, we discussed my personal fitness goals. He implemented a customized comprehensive fitness plan for me, which includes cardio and strength training. He is always prepared, and always has a positive attitude. Training with him has encouraged me to work out more often. I feel much stronger. He makes it challenging and, more importantly, he makes it fun. Garrett is hard-working. He is one of the best personal trainers with whom I have ever worked. I’m impressed with his level of integrity. He’s great!

Ginny is the best! She listens to my concerns and areas I want to focus on during my workout. Then, she tailors the training sessions to target those goals. Most recently, I joined the Aquakinetics program. It is wonderful. She continuously updates the program, which keeps the sessions fresh and fun! Ginny is flexible with scheduling, always prepared, and very professional. My husband loves my results so much he may become her client, too!

Nicole took a post-surgical, out-of-shape, middle-aged woman and turned her into a muscular, well-balanced 5K participant. I am impressed by her knowledge, determination, and skill. Nicole gradually has increased my workouts. She is careful to keep me safe in this process. A wonderful personality and beautiful spirit only enhances the experience. Nicole is the best.

Being in pain every day motivated me to get moving again and get fit. I hurt my hip by moving incorrectly. I needed help. My chiropractor got me back on my feet, but it was up to me to prevent another injury. This is where Amanda helped. After evaluating my fitness level and discussing goals, Amanda went above and beyond. She called my physician (with my permission) to discuss how she could better help me. She wanted a deeper understanding of my injury. I had other trainers before but no one like Amanda. She really cares. She pays close attention to how I execute every exercise so I don’t re-injure my hip. I feel stronger, mentally and physically, from her encouragement and workout sessions. She personalizes fitness programs to work for you. They are not cookie-cut to fit all. I strongly recommend Amanda to anyone who wants to get back in shape. She is fun, friendly, and can empathize with life’s many challenges.
