Brittany helps Center members enjoy exercise and feel confident. She earned her personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. Currently, she is finishing work toward her Bachelors of Science degree in exercise science at Rutgers University. She interned in physical therapy settings and worked in a Human Performance Lab. Brittany has witnessed the scientific benefits of exercise in a variety of environments.
She specializes in strength training, always connecting clients with the best training methods for their goals, skill level, and preferences. Brittany applies her scientific background to create the most effective workouts for every situation.
Her training sessions nurture a positive vibe. Each workout improves mental as well as physical health. Brittany knows the importance of being supportive, especially when clients need extra motivation on stressful days.
