MJ earned her Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree in exercise science from William Paterson University and Montclair State University, respectively. She is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, with certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
She specializes in post-rehabilitation fitness, especially for those recovering from cardiac issues. Her programs are challenging while remaining safe. Attention to form and prevention of injury are the focus of every training session, whether working to improve athletic performance or regain stamina after an illness or injury.
With encouragement and enthusiasm, MJ helps her clients achieve fitness goals they never thought possible. She believes in the philosophy of Thomas Jefferson: “If you want something you have never had, you must be willing to do something you have never done.”
