Vernier Morfa del Rosario

Personal Trainer Vernier earned his certification from the World Instructor Training Schools. Born in the Dominican Republic, he moved to the United States at age 15. He spent an active youth, participating in baseball, basketball, and boxing. Later, Vernier served in the Unites States Navy where he continued to physically challenge himself and became an avid runner.

Be inspired by Vernier’s steady determination. His immediate goal is to complete a triathlon, with hopes of competing in an Ironman competition in the near future. Currently, he is studying exercise physiology, with the goal of someday becoming a triathlon coach.

Vernier enjoys helping members train for their own fitness endeavors, whether an official event or personal aspiration.

I feel strong and energetic due largely to the weightlifting training devised by my trainer, Vernier. My bone density scores have improved and my good cholesterol is considerably higher. I am able to carry large dog-food bags and large packages of water bottles, which I would have previously found too heavy to carry. My posture has improved from dead lift and squat training.
