Filled with compassion, Personal Trainer Eric understands fitness challenges and helps members overcome them. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in nutritional sciences, dietetics options, from Rutgers University. He is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, who is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.
Eric’s fitness sessions focus on strength training and functional movement. His exercise programs meet the needs of the Center’s diverse membership, with the ability to help everyone from athletes to those with limited mobility.
During his free time, Eric enjoys running, hiking, paintball, football, basketball, baseball, and listening to music. Spicy foods are his favorite.
With precise instruction and vigorous motivation, Eric helps members reach beyond perceived limitations and excel.
