Dancer and fitness guru Jessica joins our personal training team. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in dance from Marymount Manhattan College. She earned her personal training certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association and the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. Jessica is also resistance movement certified.
Along with her experience in the fitness industry, Jessica’s background includes over two decades experience in all types of dance technique. She combines key aspects of physiology to create effective training programs for all fitness goals. Balance and flexibility are the foundation of her workouts. She specializes in body-weight resistance training, circuit training, the bar method, and core strengthening.
Dance, family, and fitness fill her life. Jessica also enjoys going to New York City. She loves recording songs with her producer; singing is one of her passions. She likes to spend her free time dancing and enjoying the company of her husband and dog, Miley.
Jessica strives to help each client recognize they are worth everything! The smile on her clients’ faces when they achieve fitness goals is one of her biggest satisfactions.
