Michael earned his personal training certification from the International Sports Sciences Association. He attended the Community College of the Air Force for aerospace maintenance, and was a unit fitness manager in the U.S. Air Force. He is CPR/AED certified from the American Red Cross.
He strives to help members bring excellence to all they do, whether training for a marathon or improving daily mobility. Michael specializes in helping his clients reach fitness goals, from weight loss to bodybuilding. He often incorporates cardiovascular training into his strengthening workouts. Each session assures a balanced, whole-body fitness approach and a healthy dose of fun.
