Doreen has enjoyed success in the fitness field since 1991. She teaches an impressive variety of classes, from strength training to yoga, and notes the best results are from functional, balanced workouts. She discovered Pilates while recovering from an injury.
She aggressively pursued certifications through many well-known and respected Pilates institutions, including Physical Mind, Powerhouse Pilates, and Peak Pilates. She is also working on her 200-hour yoga certification with Yoga Fit.
Doreen enjoys training members of all skill levels and needs, from the fitness guru to the injured. She believes proper movement brings healing to the body and Pilates is the best method to achieve this.
