No one can ever guess my height correctly on the first try. If you do, I will give you a prize!
Why did you go into Personal Training?
Both of my parents are practicing medical professionals. My father is a general family physician and my mother is a registered nurse supervisor. They taught me about anatomy and physiology since I was young. When I started to officially purse my career as a physician, my mom explained that I could use my acquired knowledge to make a difference in whatever field I choose. So, I dived into the world of sports science with the hopes of changing the way we look at western medicine. Teaching clients how to naturally improve their body’s overall functionality and helping them feel their best.
