N.A.S.M. – C.P.T. and a Bachelors of Science from Kennesaw State University with a concentration in Media Studies and a minor in Film Studies.
Strength and conditioning, building lean muscle, high intensity interval training, mobility, stretching, sport specific training, and running from bears (only one time).
I’ve been an improv and sketch comedy performer since high school.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
Once I threw away the horrible eating and fitness habits I had in college, I discovered the positive changes it made on my overall health. My body grew stronger, my immune system improved, and my energy levels increased. While physical health is not the answer to everything, it is a vital part of everyone’s quality of life. I want to help others experience this and feel their best.
