Group Fitness Manager Jodi shares a charismatic enthusiasm for fitness. It radiates through her own classes and those of her staff. She strives to make the Center’s Group Fitness program a fun, compelling aspect of any exercise routine.

Jodi earned her certification as a Group Fitness instructor and personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise. Her additional certifications include: BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyFlow, and CXworx from Les MillsTM; cycling through Mad Dogg; willPower & Grace®; and PiYo.

Jodi also is certified in Pilates reformer 1 and apparatus through Balanced Body, and has passed her Level 3 Peak Pilates training, which makes her comprehensively certified in reformer and mat through Peak Pilates.

Along with managing the Group Fitness department, Jodi oversees the Pilates Reformer department. She loves to help our members feel great about themselves, inside and out, and guides them in achieving this through exercise. Her goal is to offer a variety of fun, effective, and safe exercise classes in a supportive group environment. Jodi strives to provide an invigorating workout experience, where members leave classes feeling motivated to tackle daily activities.

When not at the Center, Jodi enjoys outdoor cycling, kayaking, and hiking. She loves spending time with her husband and three children.
