Personal Training Manager Patrice Barlics has been sharing her talents with Fitness and Wellness Professional Services at various locations since 2003. She held positions as a lifeguard, water safety instructor, personal trainer, and fitness manager prior to joining our Old Bridge location. Here, Patrice is an asset to the training team where her experience and expertise helps members excel on the Fitness Floor.

She earned her personal training certification through the National Council on Strength and Fitness, and her kettlebell instructor certification from Hardstyle Kettlebell. Patrice is R-phase/I-phase certified by Z-Health Performance Solutions.

With a mindful approach to fitness, Patrice helps her clients truly discover their best performance. She specializes in mobility and movement training, post-rehabilitative training, sensory-integration training, balance improvement, weight-loss management, and strength training. In her free time, she enjoys Olympic weightlifting. Ask her how you, too, can make this enjoyable!

Patrice believes exercise should feel like play, not punishment. She customizes her clients’ sessions to accommodate their wants and needs to be effective, efficient, and enjoyable.
