Angela M. Hodges is an enthusiastic personal trainer and Group Fitness instructor whose objective is to educate, motivate, and support members in taking charge of their health, fitness, and overall well-being. Angela is a former concert dancer and award-winning amateur bodybuilder. She has worked in the fitness field for over 30 years.

As a certified functional movement specialist, and corrective exercise specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Angela’s goal is to inspire, educate, and support her clients in achieving optimum mobility and strength. She enjoys working with diverse populations, including a wide range of age groups from teens to seniors.

She strives to help members become stronger, faster, and more self-confident by accomplishing an active, healthier lifestyle.

In her free time, Angela trains as a distance runner. She completed several half marathons (her latest passion). She also has served as the warm-up leader for walk/race events.
