Why did you go into Personal Training?
I’ve struggled with weight and unhealthy habits for most of my life. After my kids were born, I knew I had to make some significant changes, and I finally figured out a way to cultivate and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I feel it’s my responsibility to share this path and my process with as many as possible.
