Lou is certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His fitness specialties include functional training, a method that helps develop body control, good posture and balance, and an overall toned appearance. Through functional training as well as other programs, Lou strives to help members understand how exercise and diet can greatly improve overall quality of life.
On a personal note, Lou enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and staying fit through a great workout program. He loves being a Personal Trainer, and making a difference in his clients’ lives. Lou’s goal is to encourage you every step of the way.
