Fun Fact:
When I was younger, I was on a competitive dance team, competing in Tap, Jazz, and Tahitian dance. I fondly remember our trip to Oahu, Hawaii, to study various Polynesian dances at the Polynesian Cultural Center. I especially felt called to the Hula, which was traditionally performed to honor the gods, goddesses, nature, and ancestors. Every graceful movement tells a beautiful story of Hawaii’s history.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
Not only does Pilates have many physical benefits, including a stronger core, increased mobility, and improved posture, but it also improves brain function and overall mood! How cool is that? It makes my heart sing to see my clients leaving our session or group feeling strong, confident, and in a better mood than when they arrived. Plus, I think it’s so much fun!
