“I was inspired to become a Group Fitness instructor because of my love for Pilates and my desire to share that love with others. With movement comes healing. After experiencing all the benefits of Pilates, I was eager to help others discover them. I love teaching. I enjoy sharing what I have learned. It is satisfying to witness bodies and lives transforming for the better. I also take great pleasure in teaching Les Mills™ programs. It is fun to see so many people enjoy exercise.”
