Each day, Personal Trainer Kyle strives to positively impact the lives of Center members. He enjoys being part of the life-changing experience that transpires through invigorating workouts.
Kyle studied exercise and wellness at Arizona State University. He is currently working toward a degree in exercise science from Rutgers University. He earned his certification as a personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and as a Group Fitness instructor from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
Kyle specializes in athletic performance, circuit training, and interval training. His sessions focus on proper form and postural alignment to safely yield maximum power output. He helps clients thrive through unique workouts that evolve for a consistent challenge. Kyle often incorporates untraditional resistance elements, such as sandbags and heavy ropes, to add a fresh twist to workouts. His Group Fitness experience makes him the ideal trainer for semi-private sessions. He loves teamwork.
He loves all things related to sports. Kyle played four years of varsity baseball. During the off-seasons, he works on conditioning, exercising to help injury prevention, and rehabilitating from any setbacks. His hobbies include healthy cooking. He enjoys discovering flavorful ways to make delicious foods more nutritious. He is a strong believer in proper nutrition.
