Bio:
With over 40 years training experience and 20 years as a youth sports coach, Lou is ready to help members meet fitness goals. He earned his personal training certification from the World Instructor Training Schools, and is certified in nutrition and dietetics from Middlesex County College. He also is CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross.
Lou’s extensive experience allows him to easily shift among the needs of the Center’s diverse membership. His workouts often include TRX training, kettlebells, and programs for the time-crunched.
He is an avid sports fan and soccer coach, who enjoys family time and advancing his own fitness level.
Lou motivates his clients to use exercise and proper nutrition as a way to overcome daily stresses. He strives to make his clients’ workouts enjoyable so activity and good health easily become a lifestyle.
