Vincent earned his personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise, and his CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association. Currently, he is studying physical education/global wellness at Kean University.
An avid runner, Vincent specializes in cardio training to improve endurance. Everyone needs increased stamina, whether running on the track or through life. He also is skilled at helping his clients achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
A sports enthusiasts, he is a season ticket holder for the Jets, and a big Mets fan. He vows to never miss a game (unless he is with a client, of course). Vincent grew up working in pizzerias. He likes to spend free time volunteering as a coach. Vincent loves road races.
Fun facts: He was two-time NJCAA Division 3 Cross Country National Champion (2005, 2006), and NJCAA Region 3 Outdoor Track and Field Champion in the 10,000 meter run (2007). He was selected First Team All-Region Outdoor Track and Field.
As a child, Vincent was diagnosed with osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone disease). His physical therapist introduced him to running, which became a lifelong love. Vincent strives to have a similar impact on Center members by creating fitness sessions to help improve lifestyles.
