Bio:
Personal Trainer Kathryn recognizes we only live once. She is here to help members make it count. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in health and physical education from Rowan University, and her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Kathryn is CPR/AED certified. She participated in NCAA college sports and completed a Tough Mudder. Her experience includes teaching after an internship at the Art Science Health Promotion Conference in San Francisco.
Kathryn lived in Australia for six months, where she spent five days in the middle of the Whitsunday Islands near the Great Barrier Reef. While abroad, she attended school and interned for an international sports company. During this time, she was a news reporter for the 2009 World Masters Games in Sydney, which allowed her to interview athletes from around the world. For Kathryn, this experience confirmed exercise’s many benefits at any skill level.
On the Exercise Floor, Kathryn specializes in functional, circuit, and TRX training. She enjoys helping members of all backgrounds and fitness levels.
Kathryn loves to be active in her free time. She enjoys traveling, visiting the beach, spending time with family and friends, trying new things, cheering the New York Giants, fitness, and any outdoor activities.
