Valentine’s Day Cycle

Partner Yoga

Partner Yoga brings people together through movement, play, & breath. It is a great way to strengthen a relationship by fostering trust & teamwork. Partners rely on one another’s support to keep correct body alignment, balance, and focus.

Family Recess
12:00pm – 1:00pm | Studio 2 with Joe L.
Bring the whole family for some fitness fun disguised as school yard games! Families learn to play, get fit, and strengthen family bonds. Recommended for adults & children 6 years and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Couples Boot Camp

Couples that exercise together, stay healthier together. Couples Boot Camp is an one-hour exercise program that involves cardiovascular exercise as well as strength training.
