Bio:
Also known as Mr. Fitness, William has over twenty years experience in the fitness industry. He earned personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. William’s exercise programs include circuit/interval training and boot camps for training small groups. He specializes in helping clients reach weight-loss goals. Yet, his extensive training background is an asset to reaching any fitness objectives.
In his free time, William enjoys exercising, spending time with family and friends, and listening to music. Fun fact: In high school, William was the lead singer in an R&B group.
William continues his education in health and nutrition to complement his fitness expertise. Through this approach, he is better able to achieve his own goal: Contributing to society by helping members become healthier and happier individuals through fitness.
