Are you looking for suggestions and new ways to help manage diabetes? Then, this educational series and support group is for you! If you’re newly diagnosed, or have had diabetes for many years, our support group can help with your diabetes management. You will learn about healthy lifestyle habits and gain peer support.

Although it is important to build strong, healthy bones during childhood and adolescence, you can take steps during adulthood to protect bone health, too. AARP Driver Safety Program

Brush up on your driving skills to stay safe! For all drivers, age 18 and older with a valid driver’s license. Course participants may be eligible to receive insurance discounts. Consult your insurance agent for details. 2-day course (3hrs/day). $15 for AARP members, $20 for non-AARP members. To receive a course certificate you must attend and complete both days.
