Consistency with a trainer will get you results! Starting a new fitness journey, I quickly realized I needed help and advice to get back in shape after being stuck at home during the pandemic. I decided working out with a trainer would be a great next step for my fitness goals. I work out with Jason 3 days a week, he regularly changes the workouts to keep it challenging and entertaining. Jason is a positive and supportive coach for any fitness level. All the RWJ trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. They help keep track of your progress and help you stay motivated. I regularly attend the group fitness sessions and they are a blast as well. RWJ has great members and employees! Thanks for all that you do!
