Tyler correctly identified that my body needed strengthening and stretching. By the second appointment, I observed a noticeable improvement in my balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength. This motivated me to improve my daily morning exercise to 30 minutes at home with the new techniques he introduced me to. All these have complimented my fitness as an avid recreational tennis player. Tyler is personable and professional and motivates his clients to achieve their physical goals.
