Al is a very experienced and committed trainer. I first met Al through an introductory training assessment/session. After my assessment, I communicated my goals of gaining strength and muscle mass. He asked the right questions, understood my needs, and provided flexibility in allowing me to achieve my goals. Since June 2022, I have trained with Al and his experience and training have positively impacted my goals. I gained the muscle mass I lost when I paused gym use from 2020 to 2022. Al has also been very flexible with scheduling which assists me in keeping true to my fitness plan. I highly recommend Al for your training. If you have a goal to achieve, Al will definitely help you get there. As a bonus, he also is a huge Giants fan!
