I rely on Chris’s knowledge and expertise to reach my health and wellness goals—strengthening my core, building stamina, and relieving lower back pain through targeted stretching. He creates a welcoming atmosphere, is friendly and motivational, and sets a pace that allows me to accomplish a lot in just 30 minutes. I appreciate the variety in his workouts and the noticeable improvements in my strength, flexibility, and stamina over the past seven years. Chris is an excellent Personal Trainer who listens, adapts, and delivers. On a scale of one to ten, he’s a solid ten—one of the best!
