Training with Laurie since January 2022 has been essential to my health and well-being as a senior client. She is both professional and caring, always listening to my future goals as well as any previous injury concerns. Her thoughtful approach has helped prevent flare-ups from a past marathon injury that requires ongoing strengthening work.
As a 65-year-old woman who has been active since my youth, having goals keeps my mental health, cognitive function, bone strength, and balance on track for healthy aging—and Laurie has consistently helped me achieve those goals. She is the reason I continue to renew my Personal Training sessions at RWJ. On a personal note, meeting and training with Laurie helped me overcome the post-pandemic fitness slump after so many gyms closed. I truly enjoy our weekly sessions and always look forward to them.
