I had total knee replacement surgery on both knees three years ago, and I worked with Tamara before and after each surgery. My surgeon said my recovery was excellent, and I credit a lot of that to her guidance. In 2024, I was diagnosed with early-stage Parkinson’s, and I was scared—but Tamara has continued to work with me on strength, mobility, and coordination. Thanks to her support, my neurologist is very pleased with my progress.
