Chris is the perfect blend of professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. A master of his craft, he has motivated, encouraged, and guided me through consistent movement and strength work to help manage my arthritis—alongside my weekly physical therapy sessions.

Instead of coming in with a preset plan, Chris always asks thoughtful questions, listens closely, and adapts my exercises to build strength, agility, and confidence. Over our seven years of training together, I’ve experienced significant improvement. As someone who once dreaded exercise, I can now say I truly look forward to our sessions and the benefits they bring.
