Why did you go into Pilates instruction?
I am passionate about Pilates because it offers a comprehensive approach to whole-body fitness, with a particular emphasis on core strength. Building a strong core is essential for everyday activities and overall movement. I also love the creative possibilities the Pilates Reformer provides, allowing me to offer a dynamic range of exercises to keep participants engaged and progressing.
