My goal when signing up for Personal Training was to improve my overall strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. I have now trained with Eric for almost three months, twice a week, and I am definitely achieving these goals. Eric is very attentive to my personal needs, adjusts exercises as needed, varies them so they don’t get boring, and encourages me to push myself more than I would if I worked out by myself. Moreover, he always demonstrates how a particular exercise should be done, modeling and encouraging good form, which in turn prevents possible injuries. Eric has excellent knowledge of how the body works and applies this knowledge to his workout program for me. Moreover, for every session, he has a plan; he is always prepared and reflects on what to do next to get me to the next level. Eric’s coaching style is professional and friendly, always encouraging. He has a great sense of humor. I feel markedly better than three months ago: my core is much stronger, my balance and posture have improved, and my overall strength is also better. We are now also working on increasing my flexibility. I’m not a gym rat by nature, but ever since I’ve been working out with Eric I look forward to going to the gym. After 16 sessions with Eric, I signed up for more. No surprise there!
