A.A.A.I. certified Water Fitness Instructor, certified Mat Pilates Instructor, certified Personal Fitness Trainer, certified Sports Nutrition Consultant, A.E.A. Land and Aquatic Arthritis Instructor and S.C.W. Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
My fitness journey began as a member of The Old Bridge Facility 17 years ago. Over time my passions led me to become a lifeguard and Aquatics Fitness instructor. I later expanded my career by teaching studio classes. I am trained and certified in multiple areas. This diverse training allows me to create programs that apply to various formats and all levels of fitness for a heart-pumping, fat-burning workout that’s safe, and most of all, fun for all!
My love for fitness and the relationships I have made, have kept me at The Old Bridge facility all these years. I now have the honor of working as Group Fitness Manager.
The first chapter of my life was focused on something other than health and fitness. I am grateful for the strength, wisdom, and community I have gained in the past 17 years. Anything is possible.
