Personal Trainer Eric’s workouts help his clients discover their inner ninja warrior. He earned his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and his CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross.

Eric specializes in calisthenics and circuit training, which he uses to create effective, efficient workouts. These help his clients improve functional strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Each session is tailored to the individual’s capabilities to be challenging but fun.

When not on the Fitness Floor, Eric enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, and training for American Ninja Warrior.
