Why did you go into Personal Training?
While I was growing up, it was always hard for me to gain weight. So I went to the gym to get bigger and gain muscle. After years of training, I noticed how good it made me feel physically and mentally. In turn, I wanted to help others feel good, mentally and physically, through exercise.
