Fun Fact:
I love calisthenics! It feels amazing to be strong with your own bodyweight and move freely. Some of my favorite exercises include one-arm push-ups, single-leg squats, pull-ups, and dips.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
To connect with others through a shared passion for fitness. I enjoy helping people discover the joy and empowerment that exercise brings and creating meaningful relationships in the process. Also, I get to work at the gym!
