Why did you go into Pilates Reformer Instruction/Group Fitness?
I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I love coming to work every day because I know I am making a difference in someone’s life. The Pilates Reformer is my niche. It is the safest, most effective way to achieve results and it is a great compliment to any exercise routine.
