Personal Trainer Joe Gilbert is driven to inspire people. He enjoys helping members overcome fitness challenges and become their best. Joe earned his personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. He also is certified in CPR/AED, TRX training, and kettlebell instruction.
His workouts focus on building lean muscle and decreasing body fat. He incorporates weight training exercises, whether to improve everyday functionality or athletic performance. Joe enjoys working with all ages and skill levels. He adjusts each workout’s intensity to accommodate unique needs.
An avid sports fan, Joe is a lifelong athlete. He played baseball, football, and basketball. He also loves movies, and is a fan of all genres, from comedies to horror films. Above all, his main focus is always on fitness. Exercise has had a positive impact on Joe’s life. He strives to share this with Center members.
Joe does not accept failure. He helps his clients develop this same mentality during their workout.
