Lou’s extensive experience allows him to easily shift among the needs of the Center’s diverse membership. His workouts often include TRX training, kettlebells, and programs for the time-crunched.
He is an avid sports fan and soccer coach, who enjoys family time and advancing his own fitness level.
Lou motivates his clients to use exercise and proper nutrition as a way to overcome daily stresses. He strives to make his clients’ workouts enjoyable so activity and good health easily become a lifestyle.

For many years, I had a dream of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. Last year, to celebrate my seventieth birthday, the opportunity finally came. Lou, my trainer for the past two years, agreed to help me prepare for this arduous journey of a lifetime. Lou is a skilled, motivating trainer. Our twice weekly sessions more than prepared me for the strength and endurance required for 11 days on the mountain. I reached the summit (19,000 feet) with energy to spare.
