Why did you go into Personal Training?
Because exercise is the best medicine, besides keeping you physically sharp, it frees your mind and brings joy to your soul. Whether through sports, lifting weights, dancing, or even cleaning, I love helping other people gain a healthier lifestyle, and I feel like it’s the best way I can give something back and help change lives!
