My dog Duke is a 67lb lapdog and my biggest motivation.
Why did you go into Personal Training:
I love helping people. I’m a natural leader, and when I used to play sports, I always helped my teammates. I would spend extra time helping my teammates learn and master drills they needed help with. The human body can do incredible things, and it drove me to want to learn more about how and why we move!
Patricia’s Success Stories
Michelle F.
I came to Patricia in November 2022. I have been working out, and as a certified Personal Trainer (not practicing), I have knowledge of exercise and nutrition. Patricia has shown me so much more. I had no real plan, and Patricia helped me set up a training plan based on my goal of body re-composition. She made me realize that I didn’t need hours in the gym – just the right combination of exercises and consistency. She also taught me that I need to eat to get results – something many people don’t realize. I am definitely on my way to achieving my goals.

Patricia is not my trainer, but she is critical to me since she has taken on the challenging task of working with my husband, who lives with a challenging mercurial and global disorder. Patricia is engaging, fun, and motivating. My husband looks forward to his hour-long workouts, which often leave him tired but better off. Working with someone with specific difficulty displays her skill and compassion. Thank you for all you do.
